From just £20, your child will enjoy an unforgettable festive experience, including a heartwarming meet-and-greet with Santa, a keepsake photograph to capture the moment, and a special gift* to open on Christmas Day!

But the magic doesn’t stop there! Children also get two hours of free play in our exciting soft play centre and a delicious hot chocolate or soft drink to sip on afterwards. Places are very limited, so early booking is recommended! 

🎅 FAQs for Santa’s Grotto Experience at The Jolly Junction 🎅

1. When can my child use the soft play?
Your child can enjoy up to two hours of playtime in the soft play area either before or after their Santa meet-and-greet. Soft play entry is available anytime up to 90 minutes before your scheduled Santa visit.

2. Do parents/guardians need to stay with their children?
Yes, a parent or guardian must remain with their child at all times during the visit, including the soft play area and Santa’s Grotto.

3. Can we customise the hot chocolate or soft drink?
Of course! We offer delicious hot chocolate and alternative milk options, including oat or soya milk, upon request. Alternatively, your child can enjoy a refreshing soft drink instead.

4. What if my child has dietary restrictions?
We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences where possible. Please let a member of our team know in advance so we can assist you.

5. Is the gift included in the price?
Yes! Each child will receive a special wrapped gift from Santa, designed to be opened on Christmas Day, as part of this magical experience. The gift is a branded toy selected according to age of the child.

6. Can I take photos during the meet-and-greet?
We provide a digital photograph with Santa included in the price. You’re welcome to snap a few extra pictures on your own device as well!
