Ticket Purchase and Validity Tickets for the Jolly Junction Disco event must be purchased online in advance. No guarantee of ticket availability is made for on-the-door sales. All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted unless the event is canceled by Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre. Each ticket is valid for one child. Adults do not require a ticket. 

Event Entry Entry to the event is permitted only with a valid ticket, which must be presented upon arrival. Each ticket grants entry to one child only. Accompanying adults may enter free of charge but must remain responsible for their child at all times. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Resale of tickets at a higher price is strictly prohibited.

Event Conduct Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals exhibiting disruptive behaviour. Parents/guardians must supervise their children throughout the event. Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre is not responsible for the supervision of children during the disco.

Event Changes Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, including session times and content, as necessary. In the event of a significant change, ticket holders will be notified via the email provided at the time of purchase. If the event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, if applicable.

Health and Safety To ensure the safety of all attendees, Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre reserves the right to implement any necessary health and safety measures during the event. Attendees are required to comply with these measures at all times. In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of Jolly Junction staff.

Privacy Personal data provided during the ticket purchase process will be used solely for the purpose of administering the event. Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre will not share this data with third parties without the consent of the ticket holder, except as required by law.

Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Jolly Junction Soft Play Centre reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
