Dear Parents, Guardians and Grown-Ups!

We're excited that your children are part of a Jolly Junction NERF party! Please see below for important info that will help make the evening even more fun!

Timings
(Whilst we try our best to stick to timings, they may be adjusted to accommodate the needs of children in the party and ensure they have the best time possible).

5.30pm - 5.45pm	Sign In & Safety Briefing
5.45pm - 6.05pm	NERF WAR SESSION 1
6.05pm - 6.15pm	Refreshment Break
6.15pm - 6.35pm	NERF WAR SESSION 2
6.35pm - 7.00pm	Food & Optional Birthday Cake
7.00pm - 7.15pm	NERF WAR SESSION 3
7.15pm - 7.30pm	Refreshments and Dart Retrieval

 

Goggles and Nerf darts are available at the briefing station. 

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFO

Our team will be supervising throughout the session, but your eyes will help make sure that the event runs safely and happily! If you have any concerns throughout the session, please let a member of the JJ know. 

• Children MUST be wearing socks and goggles throughout the sessions. If children remove the goggles during the session they may be asked to have a time-out penalty for 90 secs.
• 1m minimum firing distance. No firing at point-blank range.
• The children must fire into the soft play structure and not out towards the safe areas or the cafe/seating area. 
• Dedicated refreshment breaks are scheduled, but children can take a break at any time, and are encouraged to do so.
• No contact with the guns or using guns as swords etc.
• If the whistle blows, all children must stop and wait for instructions from the JJ supervisor.
